종로 인 재즈 페스티벌 2024
종로 인 재즈는 3일 동안 도심 속 정글에서 펼쳐지는 재즈 페스티벌입니다. 올해는 그 첫 회로 동숭동 대학로에서 시작하게 되었으며, 지하 공연장과 5층 스튜디오, 같은 건물 루프탑 스테이지에서 릴레이로 펼쳐집니다.
2024년 8월 30일, 31일, 9월 1일(금, 토, 일) 3일간 총 9팀의 무대와 3번의 재즈 강연, 그리고 2번의 마스터 클래스로 이루어집니다.

공연 컨셉

- 지하 콘서트홀은 170석 규모의 전문 공연장으로 설계되었으며, 그동안 야외 페스티벌이나 술과 음식이 있어, 라이브 연주를 감상하기에 다소 산만한 공간을 지양하고, 순수 재즈가 줄 수 있는 집중과 연주자들의 호흡, 그리고 그 안에서의 무언의 소통을 통한 예술적 카타르시스를 추구하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
- SA Rooftop Stage
- 루프탑 스테이지는 재즈 라이브와 함께 도심 루프탑에서 느낄 수 있는 어반 감성에 루프탑 캠핑과 같은 자연의 소재를 믹스하여 보다 다양한 연령층에서 재즈와 함께 하자는 의미를 담았습니다.
- 5F SA Studio (15:00~16:00)
- 매일 오후 3시에 열리는 재즈 강연(또는 대담)에는 재즈 평론가들의 재즈음반이나 뮤지션, 또는 대한민국 재즈 현실에 대한 솔직한 얘기들로 채워질 예정입니다.
- 1F Parking Lot Melody Market (14:00 ~ 21:00)
- JIJ 2024에 참여하는 뮤지션들의 음반과 굿즈를 3일 동안 상시 판매할 예정이며, 각 팀들의 공연 후 사인회도 함께 진행될 예정입니다. (탄력적 운영 예정)
Jongno in Jazz Festival 2024
Jongno in Jazz is a three-day jazz festival set in the urban jungle. This year’s inaugural event takes place in Dongsung-dong, Daehangno, featuring relay performances at the underground concert hall and rooftop stage of the same building.
From August 30 to September 1, 2024 (Friday to Sunday), the festival will showcase a total of nine performances, three jazz lectures over three days.

Performance Concepts
- B1F SA Hall
- The underground concert hall is a professionally designed venue with a capacity of 170 seats. It aims to provide an environment that avoids the distractions of outdoor festivals or venues with alcohol and food. The goal is to focus on the pure essence of jazz, fostering concentration, the musicians’ synergy, and the unspoken communication that leads to artistic catharsis.
- SA Rooftop Stage
- The rooftop stage combines the urban feel of a city rooftop with elements of nature reminiscent of rooftop camping. This setup is designed to appeal to a diverse audience, bringing people of all ages together to enjoy jazz in a unique setting.
- 5F SA Studio (15:00 – 16:00)
- Each day at 3 PM, jazz lectures (or discussions) will be held, featuring jazz critics who will share stories about jazz and provide candid insights into the current state of jazz in Korea.
- 1F Melody Market t (14:00 – 21:00) ‘Flexible Operation’
- Throughout the three days of JIJ 2024, albums and merchandise from participating musicians and bands will be available for purchase. There will also be autograph sessions following each performance.
